The team at Aqualon are exceptional, I would recommend anyone considering a vinyl pool liner refurbishment or moving to one. Cathy, Keith and the whole team are extremely professional, the whole process of replacing my pool liner, pump and filter was so efficient and without any issues. Dan explained each process as each stage was completed, Terry, Elijah and Jake the tidiness of site while working very impressive, polite, respectful, on time, diligent and hard working. The Communication from Cathy and Keith from start to finish. On hand over Cathy came to site along with Natasha from administration so I met behind the scenes. A business is a refection of how the staff work together as a team, they do this with ease. As stated, exceptional small family business achieving great things. I have no hesitation in recommending and entrusting Aqualon with your pool.

Dan and his team did an excellent job for replacing my pool vinyl liner. I really like Dan from the first time he came to assess the conditions for providing a quote. He gave me a suggestion on what can be done to minimise the potential leak by pulling out some tiles on the pool and bring the liner up. Other company that gave me quote did not bother to provide recommendation. From pulling out the old liner and preparing the pool concrete shell, re-grouting remaining tiles, steps & spa and installation of the new liner, Aqualon team did their best and really professional. Their office team communicates their schedule really well, keeping me updated on their schedule. I would really recommend Aqualon to anyone looking for vinyl pool work.

To anyone here who is looking at enlisting Aqualon’s services, and who is reading these reviews, in order to get a gauge on the company, please note every review on here, is 5/5 stars – except for two. There’s a reason for that.

I would go into the reason for the less than 5 star ratings, but I am not sure what is deemed permissible on here, so I will just explain why everyone else, deems them to be perfect:

We recently had our pool liner replaced with Aqualon (finished on Friday), and they could not possibly have been any more brilliant.

The entire team were extremely friendly, professional, polite, respectful, and punctual. We were kept informed every step of the way (down to us receiving courtesy text messages, notifying us when they would be showing up, before each and every visit), and Aqualon delivered the finished product, well ahead of schedule.

Aqualon always left the site extremely clean and tidy, and Jake gave myself the full rundown on maintenance, to ensure that we were able to get the most life out of our liner.

Every single aspect of their work was perfection, and so we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have work completed on their pool.
