The team at Aqualon are exceptional, I would recommend anyone considering a vinyl pool liner refurbishment or moving to one. Cathy, Keith and the whole team are extremely professional, the whole process of replacing my pool liner, pump and filter was so efficient and without any issues. Dan explained each process as each stage was completed, Terry, Elijah and Jake the tidiness of site while working very impressive, polite, respectful, on time, diligent and hard working. The Communication from Cathy and Keith from start to finish. On hand over Cathy came to site along with Natasha from administration so I met behind the scenes. A business is a refection of how the staff work together as a team, they do this with ease. As stated, exceptional small family business achieving great things. I have no hesitation in recommending and entrusting Aqualon with your pool.

Dan and his team did an excellent job for replacing my pool vinyl liner. I really like Dan from the first time he came to assess the conditions for providing a quote. He gave me a suggestion on what can be done to minimise the potential leak by pulling out some tiles on the pool and bring the liner up. Other company that gave me quote did not bother to provide recommendation. From pulling out the old liner and preparing the pool concrete shell, re-grouting remaining tiles, steps & spa and installation of the new liner, Aqualon team did their best and really professional. Their office team communicates their schedule really well, keeping me updated on their schedule. I would really recommend Aqualon to anyone looking for vinyl pool work.

To anyone here who is looking at enlisting Aqualon’s services, and who is reading these reviews, in order to get a gauge on the company, please note every review on here, is 5/5 stars – except for two. There’s a reason for that.

I would go into the reason for the less than 5 star ratings, but I am not sure what is deemed permissible on here, so I will just explain why everyone else, deems them to be perfect:

We recently had our pool liner replaced with Aqualon (finished on Friday), and they could not possibly have been any more brilliant.

The entire team were extremely friendly, professional, polite, respectful, and punctual. We were kept informed every step of the way (down to us receiving courtesy text messages, notifying us when they would be showing up, before each and every visit), and Aqualon delivered the finished product, well ahead of schedule.

Aqualon always left the site extremely clean and tidy, and Jake gave myself the full rundown on maintenance, to ensure that we were able to get the most life out of our liner.

Every single aspect of their work was perfection, and so we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have work completed on their pool.

The team at Aqualon did a fantastic job with installing our new liner and when we needed an old pump replaced they were able to replace it within 24 hours for us. This saved us from wasting money on chemicals. Thanks Cathy and team!

I needed my pool lining replaced. I contacted Aqualon, Dan attended and quoted and was excellent to deal with. He explained everything well, the price was competitive and we were impressed – we booked them in. Felt confident with Aqualon from the time of quote, there are many types of vinyl pool construction methods as I have learnt over the years, ours uses foam and steel beams and is most unusual.. tree roots growing in there also.. a few other companies had zero interest in any job that wasn’t easy (their words), but Aqualon were all positive, whatever we were going to find, they had a solution in mind for it… we needed our leaking skimmer box replaced, no probs.. got stairs installed also, and knew what I was up for cost wise the whole time.

Met pretty much the whole family along the way, they SMS before coming out each time, and made a difficult job look straight forward, appreciate it guys!

Aqualon are very professional and knowledgeable. Offered me lots of useful advice. I had my pool liner replaced by them. Told me exactly what they needed from my builder for access to pool plumbing. Even took the initiative to install acrow props in preparation for cyclone Alfred. Am very pleased with the end result. Team was polite and professional. These days its hard to find folks that do business with integrity, Highly recommend. So glad I was referred to them by a friend.

Can’t recommend this company enough!! Cathy and the team went above and beyond for our pool restoration. I went through multiple companies messing us around before I found Aqualon. Nothing was ever too much trouble from the start. The price was great, they made amendments to our pool that other companies wouldn’t do… like tiling, repairing coping and adjusting step heights. The timing was amazing, within a couple of months of contacting them our pool reno has finished and is ready for Summer. They even gifted my daughter some little floaties and supplied us with a new pool cleaner! As a business owner myself I really appreciate all the time and effort Aqualon put into communication and making sure we were happy! I wish i could give them more than 5 stars!! If I could give more than five stars to Aqualon Pools, I would. They put in a pool liner for me and came to my rescue when the Brisbane floods happened shortly after. Despite being a small company, the prices for their products are usually cheaper than my local franchised pool shop, but it is the service that makes them outstanding.

I used Aqualon recently to reline my pool and do a little bit of renovation as it had some very old 90s slate tiles which had fallen off. I got 3 quotes to begin with and Aqualon came in at the most competitive but also had the best communication. There was some issues during my install with inclement weather but the team still made it through and finished my pool in a timely manner and came back ongoing until the pool light could be figured out. I really feel I got above and beyond service and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Five stars from me! Positive Responsiveness, Professionalism.

Very happy with the recent restoration of our pool. Love the colour of the new liner which was installed in a professional way. I was also impressed with the communication during the installation time and the guys who installed it. We have recently had a new liner new tiles new step all done by Aqualon we cant rate them high enough their service was excellent the staff very polite and tidy the pool looks amazing would highly recommended to anyone thanks also to Cathy who communicated and kept us up to date what was happening well done guys!

From the start we have had a difficult renovation, Cathie and her team have been encouraging, communicative, supportive and very knowledgeable, throughout the whole process, can’t recommend Aqualon enough.
