Aqualux residential pool finishes are supplied with a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering the fabrication and conversion of the fabric into a prefabricated pool liner, subject to specific terms, conditions and maintenance requirements.
The warranty includes protections under Australian Consumer Law and provides pro-rata replacement coverage for eligible defects for up to twelve years depending on liner thickness, provided correct installation, water balance, care and chemical use guidelines are followed.
The warranty applies only to workmanship related to liner fabrication and does not extend to installation, equipment or external damage factors such as misuse, staining, punctures or environmental conditions.
Coverage

Commercial
AquaForce commercial pool finishes include a manufacturer’s limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, where the manufacturer may repair, replace or contribute to replacement costs according to a defined pro-rata schedule and subject to compliance with installation, maintenance and chemical handling requirements.
The warranty is specific to the product fabricator, applies only to approved swimming pool applications and excludes damage arising from incorrect preparation, installation, chemical misuse, abrasion, environmental factors or general wear such as fading or wrinkling. Claims must be submitted in writing within the specified timeframe with supporting documentation, and applicable consumer legislation may provide additional rights.
